How much does it cost?

It depends. There are very complex sites and relatively simple sites. Typically, most of our customers fall into one of three categories:

  • Basic web presence: By keeping the graphics fairly simple and considering the use of non-exclusive templates, a basic professional web presence can be established for about $400-$600.
  • Business site: With more custom design elements, additional functional modules and some dynamic features like database driven content, you should expect to pay $800-$5,000 for a great web site.
  • E-commerce: These sites are often built differently from other sites to accommodate the various shopping and payment processing methodologies. Security is obviously critical as well. While a basic e-commerce site might start at about $1,000, most would be considerably more than that.

Other considerations: You may also need to pay a third party for some of the content that you require. While we have a vast library of royalty-free photography, you may need to contract a photographer for professional product or landscape shots, for instance. There may also be fees involved if you lease or buy content such as contracted processes (payment gateways, security certificates, certain newsfeeds, etc.)
